If there was 6 stars I would rate them a 6. After 3 different companies came out to do a simple lockout on my convertible Mercedes and I was told by them that it had to be towed to a locksmith, Tatum was sent out by my insurance company and Joe unlocked my car in under a minute. Multiple “experts” said it can’t be done and Joe was in and out in under 5 minutes. If you have a lockout problem just call these guys and ask for Joe.

LEVI was great and his truck lookin like a hot gingerbread cookie, Fit to tow santas sleigh!!! Ok ok more of like Charlie Brown’s Christmas tree smacked his truck but still festive af! If you find yourself broken down, Call this man stat!!

I really wish I could remember the fellows name that came out and saved my ass last night. I lock my keys in my trunk. In the mall parking lot of all places. I drive a 2008 Hyundai Elantra. Well apparently it’s not that easy to open the trunk without your keys. it only took him but two or three minutes to get in my car but the trunk wasn’t that easy. Usually in other cars you can fold-down the seats but apparently Hyundai only lets you put down the seats from the actual trunk. My trunk was full of all kinds of stuff. Guitars, suitcases, lunchboxes you name it. He worked his magic with these special rods and through the backseat he managed to navigate through all the obstacles in my trunk and unlock it. I feel bad because he had other calls that he had to take care of but he still took the time to take care of me and that’s what means the most.
